We are proud to have the greatest service team in the history of our store! Our techs are equipped to repair:
- Guitars
- Amplifiers
- Pedals
Guitar Repairs
All repairs are done on a first come, first serve basis. The average wait time is 2-3 days. It may require more (or less) time depending on the project. A basic set-up/adjustment is about $45 to $65 depending on the instrument and it does not include the cost of strings. Due to the high volme of instruments in queue at any given time, rush orders are an option. Rush fees tend to be determined on a case-by-case basis, but generally cost $35. Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days and only cover issues directly related to the work performed. Electronic Repairs
All repairs are done on a first come, first serve basis. The average wait time is 2 to 4 weeks. It may require more (or less) time depending on part availability. Due to the high volume of gear in queue rush orders are an option. The Rush fee for all electronic gear is $50. The Rush fee does not guarantee repair time, merely an item's place in queue. Repair times are based on part availability and the amount of labor time required. Electronic repairs have a base price of $45. This is due to the tech time it takes to disasemble and troubleshoot. Actual cost to repair is determined on a case-by-case basis. Repairs estimated to cost more than $85 will first be cleared with the customers. While we are equipped to repair many major brands, we are happy to be an authorized repair center for the following brands:
Allen & Heath, Boss, Roland, Fender, Fostex, Gallen-Krueger, Korg, Marshall, Peavey, Tascam/TEAC, VOX and Yamaha.
